What You Need to Get Started
Required Background
You need some combination of: financial knowledge (bookkeeping, accounting, finance degree), business experience (consulting, operations, entrepreneurship), or technology skills (data analysis, BI tools). You don't need all three, but you need depth in at least one.
Mindset
Command Advisors are proactive problem-solvers. You need to enjoy digging into data, spotting patterns, and translating insights into action. You should be comfortable with technology and excited about AI-powered tools.
Time Commitment
Full-time Command Advisors typically serve ~160 clients. Each client requires about 30 minutes per month (AI handles monitoring, you focus on strategy calls and follow-up). Part-time is possible with 40-80 clients.
